These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our astrology digital products, including PDF reports and audio-visual presentations, provided by ASTRO DARAUJO. By purchasing or accessing our digital products, you agree to these Terms.

• PDF astrology reports are delivered via email within 48 hours of purchase.

• Audio-visual presentations are delivered within 7 days of purchase.

• Delivery is considered complete when the digital product is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Our astrology digital products (PDFs and audio-visual presentations) are intended for entertainment purposes only. However, under EU law, if the digital content you receive is defective (for example, the file cannot be opened or the audio is corrupted), you are entitled to request a repair or replacement. If the issue cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may request a price reduction or a full refund within 14 days of reporting the problem. These rights apply regardless of whether the product is for entertainment or practical use.

• By law, you have the right to cancel your purchase of digital content within 14 days of placing your order, provided the product has not yet been delivered.

• However, because our digital products are delivered within 48 hours (for PDFs) or 7 days (for audio-visual presentations), you will usually receive your product before the 14-day cancellation period ends.

• By purchasing, you agree that delivery may begin immediately, and you acknowledge that once the digital product has been sent to you, you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase.

• All content, including PDFs and audio-visual materials, is protected by copyright and is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital products without our written permission.

• Prices are listed in currency and include applicable taxes.

• Refunds are processed in accordance with your statutory rights and the warranty/withdrawal provisions above.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the product.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Country and, where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations.
